Cal-C Bimetal Tubular Copper Aluminum Wire Connector

Application:
Bimetallic lugs are mostly useful where an aluminum cable has to be terminated by a copper busbar or copper contact.
The technique of production: friction welding.
The transition section between aluminum and copper is produced by friction welding, bending 180°,no breaking welding.
Barrels are supplied capped and filled with jointing compound to avoid oxidation of the aluminum conductor.

99.9% purity copper & 99.5% purity aluminum

Conductivity:
copper 99.7% IACS  Aluminum 61.2% IACS(1050)

A: TT and L/C are acceptable and TT will be more appreciated.30% deposit before production, 70% balance before loading by TT.

A: For inner box and master carton are made as per international standards, and we can make special designs for you if needed. And if necessary, will be packed in pallets to avoid any damage.
